Our Services
Three Consulting
Services. One Practice.
Each of our services addresses a distinct organisational challenge. They can be engaged separately or as part of a broader programme of work — depending on what your situation requires.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Approach Every Engagement
Every engagement begins with understanding before advising. We invest time at the start to build an accurate picture of your organisation's situation, constraints, and objectives — before proposing any structure or approach.
Our methodology prioritises dialogue. The most useful insights in any engagement typically emerge from structured conversations with the people closest to the work. We create the conditions for those conversations, not just the reports that follow from them.
We design deliverables to be proportionate: detailed enough to be actionable, concise enough to be used. Length is not a proxy for quality.
Discovery
Understanding your situation, objectives, and constraints before proposing any structure.
Scoping
Written proposal with defined deliverables, timeline, and fixed fee for your consideration.
Engagement
Collaborative delivery with regular check-ins to ensure the work remains aligned with your needs.
Close-Out
Formal handover and review session, with agreed follow-up availability for questions.
Service 01
Scenario Planning Workshop
A facilitated strategic exercise that helps leadership teams prepare for multiple possible futures. We develop plausible scenarios based on key uncertainties facing your organisation, stress-test current strategies against each scenario, and identify robust actions that perform well across all outcomes — not just the most likely one.
This is particularly valuable for organisations approaching significant decisions with high uncertainty: market entry, succession planning, major capital commitments, or operational restructuring.
What the Engagement Includes
- Pre-workshop stakeholder interviews to map key uncertainties and strategic priorities
- Development of two to four plausible, distinct future scenarios with narrative descriptions
- Facilitated workshop session with leadership team (half-day or full-day format)
- Strategic implications analysis: which current plans are robust, which are fragile
- Written summary report with scenario narratives and recommended actions
Investment Range
HKD 3,500 – 16,500
Fixed fee agreed upfront — scope determines position within range
Service 02
Quality Management System Review
An assessment of your organisation's quality management practices against recognised standards and peer benchmarks. We evaluate documentation systems, process controls, measurement mechanisms, and the infrastructure supporting continuous improvement — providing a clear picture of where your QMS stands and where attention is most needed.
This engagement suits organisations preparing for certification, those with a QMS that has grown organically and needs a structured review, or those experiencing quality-related issues they want to address proactively.
What the Engagement Includes
- Documentation review against ISO 9001 or equivalent framework
- Process observation and interviews with operations and quality staff
- Measurement systems assessment: KPIs, data collection, review cycles
- Benchmarking against comparable organisations in your sector
- Findings report with prioritised recommendations and implementation guidance
Investment Range
HKD 2,800 – 14,000
Fixed fee agreed upfront — scope determines position within range
Service 03
Knowledge Management Strategy
Development of a framework for capturing, organising, and sharing institutional knowledge within your organisation. We assess current knowledge flows, identify critical knowledge at risk — particularly knowledge held by individuals who may leave — and design systems and practices for knowledge preservation and transfer.
This engagement is particularly relevant for organisations facing succession challenges, experiencing high staff turnover, or growing quickly enough that informal knowledge sharing is no longer adequate.
What the Engagement Includes
- Knowledge audit: mapping what knowledge exists, where it resides, and how it flows
- Risk assessment: identifying critical knowledge concentrated in individuals or undocumented
- Framework design: systems, processes, and tools suited to your organisation's culture and size
- Implementation roadmap with prioritised actions and resource requirements
- Guidance on change management to support adoption within the organisation
Investment Range
HKD 2,500 – 12,000
Fixed fee agreed upfront — scope determines position within range

How All Our Services Are Delivered
Common Standards Across Engagements
Confidentiality
All engagements operate under mutual NDA. Client information is never shared, referenced, or used outside the scope of the engagement.
Fixed-Fee Structure
Fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no time-and-materials billing surprises — the number you see in the proposal is the number you pay.
Senior-Led Delivery
Experienced consultants deliver the work directly. There are no hand-offs to junior staff after the proposal stage.
